All the joys of the holiday season surrounded the -marriage of Grace Allison, daughter of Mrs. C. C. Alli son, and Albert bibbernsen, son of Mr. and Mrs. I. Sibbernsen, which took place Saturday evening, at the home of the bride's mother. Arch bishop Harty. officiated. ' Miss Allison was one ot the pop ular, members of. the younger set She attended school in Manhattan ville, N, Yi Mr. Sibbernsen was graduated from Dartmouth. Mrs. Kobert Garrett, one of tile bridal attendants, wore pink Satin combined with silver lace and made in the prevailing mode, Mrs. Isaac Carpenter, jry was gowned in blue satin and silver lace.,. Miss Esther Wilhelm's gown was of orchid shade satin. Miss Claire Daugherty, cousin of the bride, acted as maid of honor. She was gowned in green satin and silver cloth. All carried shower bouquets of sweetpeas. and orchids; ' . ' r - The bride wore a gown of white satin embroidered in silver and pearls and made with a train of sil ver cloth. Her long tulle veil fell from a crown of lace. Lilies of the valley and orchids formed her shower bouquet Mr. "Sibbernsen was attended by his brothers, Clarence and Drexel Sibbernsen; Jack Summers, Robert Garrett and Charles Allison, brother of the bride. Immediately after the ceremony a reception was held for the guests, who numbered . 200. Mrs. Allison wore a gown of lavender brocaded satin. ' . The bride's traveling suit was of brown duvetyn trimmed in beaver and with' which she wore a hat of gold cloth.' . Mr. Sibbernsen and his bride have gone to California and will re turn February 1.
