Highly Improved Farm
To close and settle an estate the undersigned referee has been appointed
by the district court of Saunders county, Nebraska, to eell the highly improved
farm left by the late Charley B. Boydston, deceased, described ae follows, to
wit: The Southwest Quarter and the South Half of the Northwest Quarter and
the North Half of Southeast Quarter, all In Section 23, Township If, Range T,
Saunders county, Nebraska. This is th Boydston farmland consists of $20
acres of the very best of Saunders county land, and is located two niles east
and one mile north of the prosperous village of Ceresco.
Tbe soil is a fertile black loam with clay subsoil. The premise are equipped
with 2 sets of good, serviceable improvements; 2 garages, one storing 8 cars;
8 good wells; 1 corn crib of 6,000 bushels capacity; 1 76-ton cement silo; 1 barn
capable of storing 180 tons hay and containing a stall cattle room, 16x40, with
tanchioni for 8 cows; chicken houses and other outbuildings; pasture enclosed
with 600 rods of 68-inch woven wire fencing nailed to osage posts. Tbe quarter
section ha 126 acre in a high state of cultivation, the remaining 86 acre being
pasture and grove. AH can be cultivated. One 80-acre tract ha 60 acres
la a high state of cultivation, the balance hay and pasture land; 76 acre of
thi can be cultivated. Th other eighty ha 46 acre in a high itat of eulti
vatiori th balance in hay and pasture land and grove, ten acre of thi being
the best hay land to Saunders county; 70 acre of this eighty can b cultivated.
41 acres are sown to fall wheat, in excellent condition and goes with th real
state.
The above excellent and productive farm will be sold at the court home in
Wahoo, Neb., on Monday, December 22, 1919, at t o'clock in the afternoon, tn
tract to suit purchasers and possession given March 1, 1920. The sale will bel
