Mn. pdyth Kellogg. 3S41 North Twenty-eighth street, is so sure she is the legal widow of the late Philip Kellogg, that she will file a petition for a widow's allowance from his estate in probate court goon, her at torney, Frank Shotwell, stated yes terday. "We are absolutely sure of our case," said Mr. Shotwell. "It is a certainty. The fact that two women claimed to be the lawful widow of Mr. Kel log developed Friday when at torneys for Mrs. Goldie KelWg went to probate court to have Mr. K el logg's will probated. E. Byram, recently elected president of the Milwaukee rail road, and A. M. Calkins, vice-president, were guests of the board of directors of the Chamber of Com merce at an informal luncheon in the club rooms yesterday. Mr. Byram stated that in his opinion the company had been over looking the 'possibilities of Omaha and that upon the return of ( the railroads to private ownership he expected to launch a campaign to extend the company's holdings here. Mr. Byram is a former Omaha man and for several years was as sociated with the Burlington rail road with offices in Omaha and Lin coln.
