Board of Education Wants All That Is Coming to It The Board of Education ha di rected City License Inspector Samuel Fried to proceed at once to check up all retail and wholesale dealers of cigars, tobacco, cigarets and cigaret materials, to detertiine whether, they have complied with the new law which requires an an nual license of $25 from retailers and $100 from wholesalers, this money payable to the school dis trict fund. This law went into effect July 18, and it is believed that all have had ample time in which to comply. The penalty for nonpayment is a fine of not less than $100 nor more than $200, or imprisonment for not less tfian 10 days nor more than 60 days. Partial Eclipse of the, Sun Will Occur Saturday A. M.
