Miss Louise 'Dorothy Brown, daughter of Dr. C. E. Brown, for merly of Benson, died at the home of her parents, 4244 Grant street, Tuesday night. Miss Brown was years of age, a graduate of the Benson high and had also attended the Omaha university. She was one of the maids of honor at the gala day exercises of the unjveriity last spring.- The funeral services were held from the family residence last Friday afterpoon. Wehrli andvD. J, O'JCeefe; entertainment, The Junior League, which is composed of girls and matrons of the younger set, is one of the most active of all organizations. It enters into many projects and is pledged to aid all charitable organizations. , ' if.. Miss Helen Walker is one of the most prominent of its members and takes especial interest in the work. At present she is in charge -of a cooking class at the City Mission which meets each Monday. Although it is her first experience as a teacher, Miss Walker has met with decided success. American foods prepared in American style are the subjects on which she instructs her pupils. The girls are from 12 to 14 years old and are unusually interested in the work. . . ,. V . Besides being a lord and successful playwright JJunsany is captain of the Royal Inniskilling Fusiliers, saw service in France and Gallipoli and has been twice wounded. The stage presentations of his plays have met with growing favor with btuart Walker as the pio neer producer m this country. . Lord Dunsany's title is one of the oldest in .Ireland and Great Britain, he being the loth holder ot the baronetcy created in 1439. His name is Edward John Moreton Drax Plun kett, 'family so prominent in Irish affairs today,- J To the srreat leading world Dun snay is the third of the trilogy of dramatists of the Irish Renaissance the two others being W. R. Yeats and J. M. Synge. Yeats discovered Synge, and it was for the latter that Dunsany wrote, his first play, "The Glittering Gate," which was pro duced at the Abbey theater, Dublin, about 10 years ago.
