No more of it will be manufactured. These facts make Real Estate a desirable investment. AN INVESTMENT WHICH IS SAFE, PAYS A GOOD INCOME, AND INCREASES IN n VALUE, IS A DESIRABLE INVESTMENT. AN INVESTMENT IN OMAHA REAL ES TATE HAS ALL THESE ADVANTAGES. This statement No. 4 gives some additional conditions that cause Omaha Real Estate to increase in vajue, and gives some examples of those increases. (&) Producers of the biccpst. rnnK in t.hft historv nf Omaha's rich territory, soon will begin to market their crops at the highest prices in history. (b) , Circulation of this money- will mean more and bigger business in Omaha. More business increases the demand for Omaha' Real Estate, because the supply is limited. Gould Dietz in 1906 bought property at 22nd and Far nam for $16,000. He sold it to J. F. Flack last spring for $84,000. Flack has since refused a $50,000 profit. Twelve years ago the Oneonta Investment Co. bought 112 feet on Harney at 20th Street, for $10,000, built a $20,000 building, and sold it this year to the H. A. Wolf Co. for $75,000. The Wolf Co. has refused $112,000 for the property. The Shukert Building, on 16th between Harney and Farnam, 17 years ago was bought for $25,000. Three years ago it was leased for 99 years on a basis of 6. net on $200,000. NOTE E. E. Peake, big Realtor of Kansas City, one of Omaha's rival cities, in a speech to the Omaha Real Estate Board, June 5, said Omaha will have 500,000 population in ten years. He's one of many conservative men who have that opinion. OMAHA REAL ESTATE BOARD Omaha, Neb, C. 9. A. 808 South ISth Street. Grain and Live Stock LIVESTOCK Omaha Live Stock.
