The building is located between 18th and 19th streets on Douglas street, is only six years old and was built scientifi cally by the Nebraska Telephone Co. to afford exceptional light and air for all offices. It contains approximately 14,000 square feet of space and is suitable for almost any business. The lessee will be given the privilege of naming the building, which will be of priceless advertising value. We have a number of applicants for entire floors and smaller suites, but as we prefer to lease the whole building to one tenant, we are delaying action in order to allow larger concerns to figure the utility of the building for their pur poses. Because of the dearth of office space, quick action is essential, and an immediate inquiry will be to your advantage. Big Business Get Busy APPLY H. A. WOLF COMPANY, 512 Electric Bldg.
