R. to Be Honor Guest At Reception Judge J. S. Hoagland of Njrth Platte, commander of the depart ment of Nebraska Grand Army of the Republic, will be the guest of honor at a reception to be eiven at 8 o'clock tonight in Memorial hall, Douglas county court house. Judge Hoagland will be accom panied by Harmon Bross of Lin coln, assistant adjutant general. A program, consisting of speaking and music, is being prepared by the Grand Army posts of Omaha, the women of the Relief Corps and the G. A. R.
