Were it not for the Christian burial the Red Cross will give the body, if no one claims it, the remains of the mother who gave two sons to Uncle Sam could be used for dissection purposes. Foreign Exchange With the Russians to Be Stopped Washington, Feb. 28. Foreign exchange transactions between the United States and Russia have been prohibited by the federal reserve board and similar action has been taken by the authorities of Great Britain and France. It is under stood that one purpose of the step is to stop the financing of bolshevik propaganda. The reserve- board, it became known today, acted at the request of the State department. Evidence was obtained, it is said, that large sums of money had been made available in the United States for use of bol shevik agents. Practically the only means of stopping this was tc? shut off these transactions. Tungsten Mines Closed. Boulder, Colo., Feb. 28.
