Nebraska Lands. HUNGERFORD'S office in Crawford oc cupies the whole second floor front of the only three-story building In town You can not miss It. You don't even have to ask where It Is. Just find the only three-story building In town, right on the main business corner. You will find the First National bank on the ground floor and Hungerford's office above. This Is the same Hungerford who has pleadedwith you and begged you to come to Dawes county his "Land " of Independence" his "Garden Beyond the Sand Hills" you are a little late you oould have done hotter by going ". years ago when he first wanted you to mine, but the water is still fine the only difference being that you will have to pay more today than you would have paid then, but he has succeeded In get ting his section through that period of uncertainty always attendant in opening , up and settling up a new country. It never was uncertain to Hungerford. It ' was always the same to him since the very begining of his experiments and as it is today safe, sane and sure. But he has it clear through that period of uncertainty now, clear through to that stage of dependability where everyone now admits that It is alright. What he . used to contend with was his own citi zens who knocked and failed to have the confidence. Now, however, the country has been proven to all. Any man today who would be foolish enough to stand and live about the country as they did five and ten years ago, would be taking big chances for, as soon as you drive out into the country, you would readily see that he was a liar and a knocker. The soli was Just as good in the old days as It Is today, but it lacked the men with the plow. They have more men with the plows there now and Hungerford's assertions have been proven. If you can not go to Crawford today, write to Hungerford for one of his "Farmer and Rancher." ' However, it would be far better for you to go today, for more land Is turn ing there now than ever before. Prices are gradually climbing You can't buy land as cheap today as you could have ' bought five years ago and not nearly so filieap as you could have bought eight and ten years' ago, but you can buy a whole lot cheaper than you can one , year from today or evert three months : from today. If you have anywhere from two "'to five htousand, you can .get a good foothold In good old Dawes county.
