WAR MAY LAST SEVERAL YEARS.
It has been said by big nun of the
country that our present war Is liable to
last for a term of years and that we must
prepare for it by putting every man to
producing foodstuff or else Into the
trenches. However, I say to you, that
even though vo whip the devil out of the
Gerniana within the next 30 days, It will
take years to re-establish conditions, and
during those years the great United
States must furnish the seed and the
feed for not only Itself and Its own peo
ple hut for many of the foreign countries.
It therefore 1 ehooves us to look to the
soil. In considering tills, take Into con
sideration the fact that the soil of Dawes
County, Nebraska, will raise you Just as
many dollars to the acre in crops as will
the soils of any other section. Yet, I of
fer you this good soil In good old Dawes
county, Nebraska, at prices ranging from
$12.50 and $13 an acre up to $16 and $40
por acre. The $12.60 and $13 soil will
raise just as many bushels of wheat to the
acre; Just as much other crops, but I a
little farther out of town. It you have
got plenty of money, buy close to town,
that's all right. If you haven't so much
money, get a little further out and buy
cheaper land. Write mo for my lists of
descriptions, pictures and prices. They are
free. Act right away and I will put you tn
the field putting in wheat and oats within
10 days from your date of purchase If
you are the right stripe. We sepd wheat
here up to the middle of May and oats and
.corn up to tho first, of .lone. Potatoes are
all right any time from the middle of May
to the loth of June. Act at once.
