The above property, six and one-half acres, located on 24th street, only seven blocks south of Farnam street, has been acquired by our Company for a cash consideration of $28,000.

We regard this site as an ideal location for a tire factory. On one of the principal thoroughfares of Omaha, in full view of all trunk lines passing through the city, on trackage and street
cr line. Several of the buildings located on the site we will be able to use to advantage for storehouses, etc.
Prominent business men of Omaha, many of whom are among our stockholders, have congratulated us on the purchase of this property and regard the price as an exceptional bargain.
We will determine at an early date as to the definite plans for the erection of our factory, and on its completion
we will move our present factory, located at Brookings, South Dakota, to this city.
