Divorce Cases Filed in Omaha Show Big Increase The divorce record for 1917 shows 913 suits for divorre filed, against 830 in 1916. A total of 730 divorces were granted during the year. Of these 74 were granted in August, with Novem ber a close second with 72. April had the least, with only 55 divorces to its credit. Alimony collected during the year amounted to $41,000.
