ALLOWED TO ALL STOCK1HIOLBEKS
The development and growing demand of BRICTSON TIRES has made it necessary for our com
pany to provide ample capital for the construction of a large, modern factory, which we will build in
the city of Omaha at an early date, moving our present factory here, which has been established for
the- last eight years in Brookings, South Dakota, when our Omaha factory is completed.
A NEW TIRE
In addition to a standard line of tires, such as all automobilists are familiar with, we will soon
place on the market a new Brictson Rubber Tire, which will mean one of the most important and
substantial changes made in tire building in recent years. It will bring into use a new method of con
struction which will very materially reduce the service costs at least 100 psr cent. The tire industry is
in its infancy The demand today for high grade tires is crowding all the factories to the limit of their
production. $1,000 originally invested in any of the automobile tire manufacturing companies that are
today familiar to all automobilists, have made a fortune in dividends paid and enhanced value of stock.
Brictson Tires are being sold in every state and many foreign countries. 10 per cent of the auto
mobile tire business in Omaha trade territory alone, based on a net profit of $5.00 per tire and $1.00
per inner tube, will enable us to pay a dividend of 63 3-4 per cent on the common stock of our company,
and a fixed' 7 per cent dividend on the company's preferred stock.
HERE IS YOUR OPPORTUNITY
We have less than $100,000.00 of 7 per cent cumulative preferred stock of our company, which we
offer at par, namely $100 per share, with which we are giving aa a bonus, with each share of preferred,
two shares of common stock. All stock of our company is of a par value of $100 per share, fully paia
and non-assessable.
We have the tentative plans of our new factory to be erected in Omaha and will announce the lo-.
cation at an early date. Fill out one of the coupons below and mail today. We will book all aub
scriptions as received and the above offer is made subject to prior sale of stock.
