A bill was introduced in the legislature today which provides methods of transfer for automobiles and other motor vehicles under certain restric tions which will protect parties buy ing machines which may have been stolen. The bill was introduced by Repre sentative James Auten of Boone county and is said to have the back ing of automobile organizations, sher iffs and other officers.
