May wheat opened steady around yesterday's clone but the local sentiment was rather bearish and prices dropped about !Hc during the early hours but closed at $1.6H. a loss of lc for the day. The wheat market had some effect on corn, but the present car shortage serves to hold up corn price and the strong cash situation I also a bullish factor.
