- ' Bogs With a good slsed Tuesday run and
prospects f another liberal supply tomor
row. Chicago reported prospects for con
siderably lower prices. Ideally there was
little doing tha first hour or so, shtppsrs
being slow In starting, while packers were
offering lower prices. In the eod order buy
ers took soma of the better hogs at figures
that were fully steady to In epots as much
as o higher, and packers wars unable to
carry out thslr bearish plana, being forced
to give good steady prices Defers they osuld
fill their orders. , Everything was cleared
before 1:10.
On aocountvf the strength. In shippers,
coupled with the faot that quality was the
beet In days, the average market was higher
than yestsrday. though In the opinion of
the majority of the traders, there was no
quotable advance on packers. Bulk of the
offerings sold at 00.1090.11, with a sprink
ling on up, one lead going ss high as tt.60.
Currant prices are a little better than the
close of laat week, and are the highest paid
