Only a few years ago a 200,000 population was predicted for
Omaha. This seemed a long way in, the future then, but it is here to
day, and so are the real estate values that go with it doubled, tripled
and quadrupled.
It is a shorter time to look ahead to 300,000 population for Omaha
than it was to look ahead to 200,000 at the time this prediction was
made.
Invest in Omaha Real Estate and make the future yield you a
profit Saturday afternoon is a good time to go out and see some of
the properties listed for sale in this page.

Omaha People to
Renew Friendship
With Circus Folks
When Ringling Bros.' circus comes
to town, there wilt be a renewal of
friendship between those at the .head
of the circus and an Omaha news
paper woman, Mrs. T. R. Rutledge,
and a guest she will have at that
time, Mrs. A. B. Semmens. Last
winter Mrs. Rutledge and Mrs. Sem
mens, who was Miss Blanch Crosby,
spent several days at the winter
camp of the Ringling circus at Bara
boo, Wis., where the Omaha woman
fathered material for animal stories
or children, which are now in the
hands of the publishers.
Mrs. Rutledge was the first wo
man reporter ever to visit the Bara
boo quarters in quest of "copy." Mrs.
Semmens' father, Mr. Crosby, was a
great friend of the elder John Ring
ling, who headed the circus.
Mrs. Semmens will arrive a week
before the circus to visit Mrs. Rul
ledge. Edwin P. Norwood, publicity
man for the "big top" show, will also
be entertained by Mrs. Rutledge
when he arrives.
