Milk Wagon Driver , Is Hurt When Auto " ' Smashes Into Him Charles Nelson, the Athalone apart ments, driver on one of the Alamito company'a wagons, was badly shaken up and bruised when his wagon over turned at the corner of Dodge street and Thirty-second avenue. Nelson was bound north and was traveling slowly, when an automobile in which A. Silver, 158 North Eighteenth street; Blaine Russell, who came to Omaha recently and is living at the Flomar hotel, and Bertha Evans, 1909 Douglas street, were riding, came' down the hill going east on Douglas street. Silver, who says he is a taxi driver, had turned the wheel over to Miss Russell and she was unable to stop the ' car in time to prevent a smasn. Nelson says the car hit his wagon. The three in the jitney are sure it did not and that the milk wagon turned over because the horses ran away. The jitney ran over the curb and stopped on the sidewalk and the occu pants, were only slightly shaken up. The police patrol came and took Nel son home and the trio to the station house, where Silver and Miss Russell were held.
