Vinson haler announce the engagement of their daughter, Isabel, and Mr. John Hugui Caldwell, son of Mrs. V. B. Caldwell and the late Victor B. Cald well Miss Vinsonhaler is the first of the winter season's debutantes to make public her betrothal. Miss Vin sonhaler is a graduate of Brownell Hall and Dana Hall at Wellesley, Mass., while Mr. Caldwell was edu cated at Andover, later graduating from Yale. He is also a graduate of Creighton law department. Krog-Lehmann Wedding. Miss Lily Lehmann, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ferdinand Lehmann, was married at noon Thursday at the Kountre Memorial church to Mr. William Krug, son of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Krug. The rector of the church. Rev. Oliver Raltzley, offici ated. The bride wore a white satin gown with over drapery of silver net and bodice trimmed with pearls. The sil ver net veil was held to her head with atrings of pearls and she carried shower bouquet of brides roses. Miss Marie Krug, sister to the bridegroom, attended the bride, and wore a gown of green satin, with green tulle over. The bridesmaid's bouquet waa pink Killarney roses. The bride is a graduate of Brownell Hall and the bridegroom a Nebraska university man, belongs to the Sigma Phn Epsilon fraternity. After an eastern wedding trip, Mr. and Mrt. Krug will be at borne after July 1 at 3316 Walnut street. Wedding Announcements. Mr. and Mrt. F. Linn announce the marriage of their daughter Anna to Fred Benjamin Dunkin of this city, which will take place at their home near F.ssex, la., Wednesday evening, June 7. The bride and groom will reside in Omaha. Mid-summer will be enlivened by another large wedding, that ot Mis. Helen Epeneter, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John F. Epenrter, and Mr. Al bert Busch, son of Mr. and Mrs. R. B. Busch. The wedding will take place Monday, July 17, at All Saints' church at 8:30 in the evening. Deseau-Vaill Wedding Cards. Cards were received from Mr. Charles Latham Lawton for the mar riage of his daughter, Elizabeth Heth Vaill, to Alvin Henry Dessau on Sat urday, June 24, at noon at Trinity church, Houghton, Mich., to be fol lowed immediately, after by a recep tion at his home. Miss Vaill is the granddaughter of Mrs. Martha Heth of this city, spent her childhood here and since then has made frequent visits to Omaha. Miss Petersen is a graduate of the Omaha High school and attended Vassar college for two years and dur ing the last year the University of Ne braska. An early wedding is not ex pected, as Miss Petersen returns to Vassar in September. Mr. Walter Dawson is the son of Mr. and Mrs. D. i. Dawson of Lin wood, Neb. He has been conducting a chain of elevators about the state for several years and is a member of the Omaha Grain exchange. He is a member of theCommercial and Happy Hollow clubs and resides at the ron tenelle hotel. The announcement was formally made at a luncheon and matinee party given by Mrs. P. F. Petersen, with twelve guests present. Golden Wedding Anniversary. Mr. and Mrs. D. Benson, who have lived in Omaha thirty-hvf years, celebrated their golden wedding an niversary Friday evening. Mr. Ben son is 70 and Mrs. Benson. 67. l ive children and nineteen grandchildren were present to assist in the cele bration. The children are Magny. Enoch and Miss Emma Benson.
