America. Khlck sued the construction
company for 13,1,000. In the first trial n
Judgment was nlven the plaintiff for

pealed and sent back for trial. In the
meantime Johnson, according to the pa
pers filed In tho supreme court, man
aged to get a settlement with Shlek for

Houcher, who now asks the supremo
