Against the Bemis
Park Playgrounds
Ths city council received a protest
from residents of Bemls park, request
ing that th playground be abandoned
because it la a nulaauce. The document
was referred to Commissioner Hummel
for Investigation and recommendation.
Text of the protest follows:
We. the undersigned property owners,
fronting and adjacent to the playgrounds

your honorable body to abate what we

the psrk is so small that the playgrounds
are placed right in our front yards and
