ment for armory purposes for the local
battalion of the guards.
The matter was referred to Commis

specified conditions. The guards will pay
for tha light and will postpone drill on
any evening when tha space might ba
needed for other uses, which would not
ba often. .

police court yesterday, died - two min
utes after his incarceration In the county
