Only one big mass meet ing will be held at Poll's theater, Sun day, December 19. The change Is due to the increase in the business of the asso ciation, which has made it necessary to allow the duy session, to be free for the transaction of business. The conferences, two of which will be held simultaneously each evening, will be devoted to a dis cussion of practical methods for carry ing on the suffrage work, both through federal and state amendments, and will cover such topic, as publicity, congres sional dlBtrlct organization, campaign or ganization and suffrage literature. One of tho most Important conferences held during the week, which will extend probably over two evenings, will be the conference on congressional district or ganization.
