CATTLB Receipts were very liberal
again today, 333 car being reported In.
Thl make the total for the three day
thl week 34.424 head, the largest of any
similar period since the beginning of the
range season, and larger than a year ago
by 6,000 head. On account of the liberal
run and the fact that other market were
reported slow, buyers seemed to feel that
they could afford to take their time In
lilting orders. For this reason the mar
ket opened slow and dull.
Feeder buyer were out In fair seaaon,
but they were all looking for good to
choice feeder and gtookera, of which the
supply was light, buch tattle did not
how much change, but sold at steady
or very close to steady priues. The me
dium kinds of fesders continue glow, the
same as they have all week, and tho
tendency on such cattle has been steadily
downward owing to the liberal supply
and lack of demand for that kind.

everything they could posslhty use out
of several strtnsn of feeders.
The barn continue to swarm with
feeder buyers, and while lambs aren't
decreasing In popularity, there seem to
be a growing proportion of buyer for
breeding stock. Peedlng lamlie brought
about the same figure ss on previous
days of the week, t I0r(i16, taking moat
desirable stuff, with a fair showing from
Ix.iO downward. The top of 8.30. paid
both Monday and Tuesday, was not re
ported In any of the deals made up to
a late hour. Rreedlng ewes were hardly
in such large supply as on previous day
of the week.
Fat ewe continue to make up a very
small perccntajre of the total receipt,
and today scored a lOtrnSe advance, tho
36 50 quotation being reported on best
kinds offered. Outside the ewee. aged
sheep offerings amount to practically
nothing, and not enough of either year
lings or wethers are howlng up to make
quotation.
