Runs in One Frame
A young man wandered into the office
of The Bee last night and proceeded to
deliver an account of a bace ball game,
or at least aa alleged base ball game.
"The score was 38 to ." quoth the young
man, "and only six Innings were played.
Our cldtj, the Rambler Juniors, defeated
the Broad Hill Stars and the Stars quit
at the end of the sixth because their out
field was too tired to play any more. We
were almost as tired from running around
the bases. Twenty-five of the thirty-six
runs were made In the fifth inning." . .
Some tuning, that fifth.
