St. Paul a Episcopal church was the
scene of a beautifully arranged wedding
hast night, when Miss Marie Btswart,
daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Test
Stewart, became the bride of Mr. Donald
MeFerron of Hoopeton, 111.
The ceremony was celebrated at S
o'clock by Kav. Dr. Bucksom, and the

A color scheme of pink and lavsndar
wss followed at the church and the home.

The chancel of the, church was banked
with palms, ferns and quantities of Kll-
larney roses and orchids.
The bride was attraitlvs In a gown
of rose point lace, mode with a train
five yards In length. Her veil was of
rose point lace and was worn far back

orchids and lilies of tlve valley was car
lied. The matron of honor, Mrs. Clifford
Wolfe, wore a gown of peach blossom
shaded chiffon, made with aa overdress
of pink soft satin. The overdress waa em
broidered with tiny bow knots la the
pastel shades. The bodice was of oriental
lace and chiffon trimmed with the tiny
bow knots. With this was worn unlu.ua
hat of mallue In the peach blossom shade
and following the Lady .Duff-Gordon
rr.odel. She carried a shower of pink
roses and orchids.
The bridesmaids were the Misses
Catherine Baker, of Michigan City,
Louise Haas of Kansas City, Florence
Heyn of Orang-e. N. J.; Elisabeth Good

They were gowned alike. In lavender
tattle with trimmings of real lace. They
wore hem of the same material aa the
gowns, trimmed with real roses, and

the ushers were Messrs. Howard Bnuld
ttig, Lloyd Kvans, John Banks, Arthur
lxog and William MeFerron. all of Chi
tag, and Mr. Clifford Wolfe.
