John H. Morehead, governor of
Nebraska, has accepted the irritation
to be the guest of the Omaha Ath
letic Federation 'at the first annual
outdoor track meet to be held at
Crelghton field Saturday. Mr.
Morehead will b accompanied by his
personal staff.
The postponement of the meet a
week because of the bad weather has
given several more athletes a chance
to enter and the list of those who
will take part has reached almost
100 names. This is in addition to
the large number who have entered
to compete in the military events.
Thst some existing records will be
broken la almost an assured fart. The
Young Mens Christian association quar
tette ha been practicing hard on tha re
