that the company would reinsure enough
of its business to enable It to put Its re

surety and health and accidence writing.
Tho stockholders of ths company have
agreed the capital of $300,000 shall be re-
duosd to 1100,000 by cutting the value of

hold a monster picnic in Upland on June

streets: however, suitable hitching places
