pany's suit for 843.000 against lmsnn
Bros. A Co. In Judge F.stelle's district
court. In which the plaintiff sought to
recover money alleged transferred front
It to the defendant by the late Sherman
Saundera and William C Sunderland, waa
brought to a rloae by dlamlasal of the
suit, caused, tt was said, by a aettlemrnt.
It waa rumored that 927,000 was tha
consideration for dismissal of the ault,
the report being unconfirmed by at
torneys on either side. A stipulation In
which no consideration waa named will
filed In court.
Dismissal of a aimilar suit brought by
the Saundcra-Westrand com pang against
the Bartlett-Frailrr company waa also
recorded.
All the parties to these . suits , were
companlra. which deal largely In grain
