WILL OF HERMAN WRUCK
LEAVES ESTATE T ODAUGHTER
WEST POINT, Neb., May L (Special.)
Ths will of the late Herman Wruck
has been discovered and has been filed
for probate. It names his daughter, Mra
Ida Trrppe of Oregon City, Ore-, as sole
beneficiary. The petition for probate
asks for the appointment of Chris
Hlrschmann, cashier of th First Na
tional bank of West Point adminis
trator, with th will annexed. Mrs.
Treppe arrived her on Tuesday and ever
since that time ha been engaged In un
earthing the property of the deceased
and trying to locate his assets.
The mystery of th death of Wruok
and his wife is as deep as ever. Nothing
ha transpired to shed th least ray of
light upon the cause of the tragedy. In
rplle of the ambiguous verdict of th
coroner' Jury many people are of the
opinion that foul play has been com
mitted. Mrs. Treppe herself scouts th
Idea of murder and suicide.
