SHEEP There was a vsry light run
here thla morning, but at that peckers
did not appear specially anxious for what
stock wsa nere. ana in ins ena. arter 1
very drajrgy session, practically every
thing moved at steady prices. Quality
of moat of the offerings was nothing
extra. Parkers give as the reason for
the present light request for all sorts of
sheep the fsct that the eastern dressed
mutton trade la In anything but satisfac
tory ahapa. and consequently today's
extremely light run seemed Urge enough
to fill their orders.
Soma fed wettern lambs reached $10.40,
with some rather heavy shorn stuff at
th 10. Wooled ewea reached 8 60. whll
one deck of clipped ewes sold at $7.30
snd another at $7. Two loads of western
lam he that carried quite a little mud
landed at $10 20. Aa a general thing sell
era think fltat most of today's lamb prlcea
would he bettered somewhat were some
thing pretty aood to show up.
