Omaha hotnped away with the third came of the series, 3 to 2, owing: to stupid work by tho Antelopes, al though Styles pitched a nice same and deserved to win. Omaha made Its three runs of Clauss on straight hitting, but Clause retired to allow a pinch hitter to bat and Smith, who succeeded him kept the Rourkes front scoring during tho rest of tho game. Omaha knocked Smith out of tho box during the first two Innings of yes terday's game. Vio Sohleibner won for tho Rourkes with his hitting, getting three hits In four tlmcH up and he was robbed of a slashing triple down the tmrd base line, when tho umpire called it foul. Sohleib ner followed immediately with a slnglo to center, however. Schlelbner opened the second with a Binglc and took second on Clauss's wild pitch. Dunlap's single back of first scored him. In tho fourth Thomas slashed out a slnglo to center, Schlelb ner singled again and took second on Miller's error, scoring Thomas. Crosby singled to left scoring Schlelbncr and that ended Omaha's run getting. Lincoln got ono In the sixth on Will iams' double and Krug's wild throw, and Schrlebner's sacrifice fly. Congalton made a wonderful throw to the plate and had the runner out easily, but Crosby dropped the ball. The 'Lopes were threatening in the ninth, when with one down McGafflgan got to second on Dunlap'a wild throw. Lloyd drove a triple to deep right and McGafflgan scored. Miller hit a liner which Styles was barely able to knock down. Graham getting tho ball while Lloyd and Miller wcro dodging between third and home and second and third.
