ELECTRIC LIGHT
RATES
ON JULY FIRST
To the Public:
Wo are pleased to announce that on July 1st, 1914,
the primary rate will be reduced from 12 conts to 11
cents per kilo-watt hour.
This reduction of nearly 10 per cent in the lighting
rate is in line with our established policy of always
giving the greatest service for the least cost.
Only by the perfection of our organization down to
the minutest detail, by saving a little here and a little
there perfection whioh only comes from years of
careful study and close application of progressive
business principles to our industry are we able to
put before our people this new and inviting schedule.
At this marked decroase in price, the most humble
can now enjoy the comforts and blessings of electric
light sorvico the closest rival to. nature's daylight
rays that has yet been given to man and by far
the cheapest.

Cuts that print--
There is often all the difforeac la the world between
a cut that ehowi up well in the engraver's proof and one
that shows up well when It Is printed. Cuts made for a
newspaper hare to be made so that they will give good
results under the most adverse conditions. For that rea
son, a newspaper engraving plant produces outs that the
ordinary printer can use and got good results.
If you have some engraving to be done, send us tho
work and compare both the results and the prices with that
of ordinary engraving plants.
