Ralph Cohn is
Painfully Injured
by an Automobile
Ralph Cohn. 12-yar-son of Rabbi and
Mrs. Frederick Cohn, suffered painful in
juries B'rtday evening, when he was run
down at Sixteenth and Leavenworth
streets by an automobile belonging to a
man who gave his name as Alexander
and Address as Forty-third and Hamilton
streets. The youngster was on his way
home from the ball game and transfer
ring cars at the crossing when the acci
dent occurred.
Witnesses eay that Alexander, coming
south on Sixteenth etreet, made the cor
ner turn going west on the left-hand side
of Leavenworth, knocking the youth
down and passing over him before the
car was stopped. Fortunately none ot the.
wheels passed over the bedy and the
hurts sustained from contact with sharp
corners of the underhanglng engine,
amounted to bruises qn tne head and
body and a badly lacerated right leg.
The vlcltlm was given medical aten
tion and taken to his home at 1302 South
Twenty-ninth avenue.

Moving has begun in the Board of Trade
building to make room for the proposed
new German-American bank. The hank
fixtures will not be ready until August 1.

to make room for the C. W. Hull com
