Ho testified that prices of Ice vrero the Ps me over the entire city. Margolin declared his experience hart been that Ice in an Icehouso would, shrink 10 per cent during the summer. The defendants, however, were of the opinion that 33V4 per cent was more nearly the correct figure as to shrinkage. Objections to questions designed to re veal the cost of making artificial Ice, the Average cost delivered to residences and ths profits thus made were sustained by the court, Margolin said ice packed in Icehouses had cost him Mi and 00 cents per ton.
