Th Cornell Glee and Mandolin club will
give a concert In Omaha Monday evening,

Althougt It Is not yet the Fourth of
July, the college men nro planning for
the Christmas holidays, and tho visitors

nun. followed by motor rides. Then there
will bo a tea dansant In the afternoon, so
that the college men may inet tha
Omaha yoUng women. A dinner will pre
cede the concert, and following that there
w II be a brilliant ball given by the
Cornell alumni at the new Fontenello
hotel If It Is finished.
European Travelers.
Mr And Mre. Nathan Merrlam and Miss
Mcrrlam leave Monday for New York,
and will salt on the Cedrio for England
Thursday. Mr. Merrlam will remain
abroad for a month, hi wife and daugh
ter remaining longer.
Mr. and Mrs. Charles Brown, who have
been abroad since their marrlago last No
vember, are ndw touring Switzerland by
automobile.
Mr 15, M. Andreesen will sail June 30
for Germany to spend tha summer.
