Coronado Danoing Party.
The coronado club will entertain at their
first annual oriental May party on Friday
evening at Turpln's academy. The club
member are endeavoring to make this
the prettiest dance the younger set ha
had this season, and a number of out-of-
town guests are to be present, The dec
orations ' will consist of an artlstlo ar
rangement of Japanese lanterns, but-
tertllra and Turkish novelties and will
be a treat to those planning to attend the
affair.

Mile. Andre has engaged passage for
Japan on June 6 and will spend the sum
mer In that country, returning here in
the fall to contlriue her French classes.
Mr. and Mr. Bromfleld-Brown are In
California and will sail Tuesday for
Honululu. Mrs. G. W. Wattles expects
them as her guests at Hollywood for a
day or two before they sail.
Mr. Lewis B. Reed, formerly of
Omaha, but' for some year past a resi
dent of Milan and Paris, landed In New
York on Wednesday and will visit there

The series of three big dances of Cen
