The suits ask for 13,000 damages and for an In junction restraining the Federal leagU6 from Interfering with the Philadelphia, club's players. Tho first named Charles Weeghman, William M. Walker. James A. Ollmore, Joe. Tinker, Robert B. Ward and Walter F. Ward, the two latter of Brooklyn. The second asked for nn Injunction restrain ing the defendants from alleged attempts to disrupt tht Philadelphia National league team by hiring away from It play ers Seaton, Bronnari, Kllllfer, Doolan and Knabo, The suit prayed that tho Federal leaguers bo restrained from attempting to get those players or from other alleged attempts to interfere wtlh the business of tho Philadelphia Nationals.
