Tho wheat market has ruled narrow

When a market tho slxo of Chicago Is

according to advices sent hero from

upon the situation from a different -viewpoint.
When tho fact Is considered that

HOGH There was a moderate run In
sight this morning, but Chicago reported
a liberal run nnd a alow steady market,
so that thn loonl market opened on a
steady basis. As the morning ndvnncen,
however, competition between the packers
nnd shipper caused prices on all grndes
to Rtrotmthttn up, and by the oloso trade

as much ns a nickel higher. Taking the
market all the way through, values aro
steady to 6c higher, and the general mar

the moderate supply was cleaned up long
before 10 o'clock. Rulk of the offering
moved at $S..YfS.6. and tops again sold
at 70 equaling tho highest prlco that
has bren paid so far this yean
Receipts worn estimated nt fifty-nine
