Van Wagenen of Sioux City and Clifford Thome, railroad com missioner, to lav plans for some kind of a ntnto organisation for the purposa of making Investigation as to tho advisa bility of government ownership of rail roads and to encourago discussion of the subject from all angles. The organlro tlon Is not to be one distinctly to ad vnnco government ownership, but to se cure such discussion of tho matter as will lead to an Intelligent understanding of vhat Is Involved, so the promoters say. Tho federal government is rapidly get ting ready to make uso of tho Indlnn school at Toledo, near the homes of tlio Musquaklo Indians In Tama county, Iowa, for a sanitarium for Indians from all over tho country.
