Tho wedding of Miss Morjorle Bonson,
daughter of Mr. and Mrs. E. A. Benson,
to Mr. Sumner Breese, of this city, for
merly of Chicago, took place quietly Sat
urday at high noon at the home of Mr,
and Mrs. Benson. Rev. T. J. Mackay of
All Saints' church officiated.
Tho bridge, wore her traveling suit of
blue and black moire velvet, trimmed
with seal and ermine. Her black velvet
hat was trimmed with ermine and white
tulle. She wore a corsage bouquet of
bride's roses.
Mrs. Benson wore orchid shade of Char
meuse draped and trimmed with shadow
lace and a corsage bouquet of orchids.
The marriage Hnea were read In tho
I drawing room, which wns banked with
palms and southern smllax. Kllamey
roses were used In the dining room ami
pink ohyrsanthemums In the reception
hall. Following the ceremony there wns
n wedding breakfast for about twenty
five friends and relatives.

Blocdorn-White Wedding.
Saturday evening, at S o'clock, at tho
home of tho bride's parents, Mr and
Mrs. F. K. White, nt Ashland, occurred
the wedding of their daughter. Corliss,
to Mr, John H. Bloedorn of Hayes Cen
ter, Neb. The ceremony wns performed
by tho Rev. J. J. Toms.
Miss Ada Bloedorn of Franklin, sister
of the groom, played the Lohengrin and
Mendelssohn wedding marches. Preced
ing th'o ceremony "Beoause Your Heart"
was sung by Miss Elizabeth Bonnell of
Lincoln, with violin obdlgato accom
paniment by Miss Helen Chase, also of
Lincoln.
The bride wore a beautiful gown of
crepo de chine with draped tralrt. The
bodice was trimmed with duchess laie
and hand-cmbroldered chiffon crepe.
Her long tullo veil was made with n
Juliet cap trimmed with '.ace frjm her
mother's wedding gown. Her bridal
bouquet wns a shower of urldfc's roses
and lilies of tho valley.
Miss Corlnne White, sister of the bride,
was maid of honor. She wore a
geranium pink gown of brocaded crepo
de meteor, trimmed with Chantllly lace
entralne and carried a bouquet of whlto
chrysanthemums. Mr. Robert Swlttler
of Omaha was best man.
Tho house was beautifully decornted
with huge green baskets of white
chrysanthemums nnd asparagus fern.
Tho bride's traveling gown wns wistaria
poplin with velvet hat to match.
Mr and Mrs. Bloedorn left on tho mid
night train for Chicago and will be at
home nftcr December 1 nt Hayes Center,
where the groom Is engaged in the bank
ing business.
Mrs. Bloedorn Is a graduate of tho
university school of music and is a mem
ber of tho Knppa Gamma sorority. Mr.
