Shippers bought quite a number of loads early at an advance of about 60, and It was not long until the packers followed their lead, making the bulk of their early purchases pn a nickel higher basis. Killing orders did not turn out to be as. heavy as on previous days and after about two-thirds of the offer ings had been moved at the early advance the market come to a sudden stop and when next bids were made values looked to be even lower than yesterday. At first sellers refused to trade at these lowered prloee, but instead of recover ing any of their early strength prices weakened still more, and when the re malnlnng aharo of the offerings began to move values were In most cases " a dime lower than yesterday. In other words these-Ute sales show a decline of lKn ' as compared with the high tlmo of today.
