JUDGE RULES COL PRATT DID NOT SIGN THE CHECK Judge Crawford of tho county court has decided that a 1100 check bearing the namo of the late Colonel J. M. Pratt and drawn In favor of Mrs. Karla Rehu, his housekeeper, shortly bolero his. death In 1911, was not signed by tho colonel.
