A, Q.. U. W. team defeated the O. D.
Kiplingers In the warmest contest pulled
off at Fort Omaha to date. With the
game 'aparently sewed up by th
Kiplingers the A. O. U. W. boys got
busy and amassed three Counters In the
final round and waltzed off with the
gravy of a 3 to 2 victory.
The Weed Merchants annexed one in
the fifth chapter and another In the
eighth paragraph. With the score, 2 to
0 In the ninth the A. O. U. W. boys got
busy- and knocked three across the
platter. Dougherty was hit ' with a
pitched ball, Prefka singled, McCreary
slpgled and then one of the Kiplingers
throwed the old pill out of the lot and
McCreary scampered over the crockery
with the winning run.
Next Sunday the A. O. U. w. team
will play the Advos at Fort Omaha and
the following Friday they will tangle
