Former Fire and Police Commissioner Joseph Plvonka was thrown from his rig end painfully Injured last night at Twenty-second street and Washington avenue. The accident was due to a runaway, Dr. John Koutsky was called and found, that Plvonka had sustained a severe cut on his face and several bruises.
