"Woman's Relief corps will launch a
Memorial .day fldWcr ship on tho pond
in Miller park. May 30. About forty men,
both ot present and past enlistment of
the navy, will be In attendance. There
will also be a firing squad for the ritual
service of Garfield circle ot the relief
corps at the exercises to be conducted at
the unknown graves In Forest Lawn
cemetery. Heretofore the flower ship
-was launched' In the river at the foot ot
Douglas street, but In order to enable
more pcoplo to witness the .ceremonies
the change has been made.

Meed, No. 13, Tribe of Hen Hur, will
give an entertainment Thursday evening,
to be known as a Den II ur tea party, at
their hall In the I'axton block, Fifteenth
