Every one of thoj group was the possessor of "red hair." Those present wore Fannie Drake, j Adelaide nood, Mary Goodrich, Maria Kuhn, Ellen Gere, Nell Drake, Jessie)' Glass, B6lle Corbln, OUvo Soybolt,. Daisy Needham and Miss Pound. The unusual part of tho wholo affair was that each of the young women In I the group had either been mistaken at somo time or other for Miss Pound,! or else had been mistaken for one of the others of the group. Ilenco the! title, "dinner ot doubles." Although the affair was a merry occasion, the patty refufsed absolutely to allow admission to a photographer. Each at the party was designated by the title "twin." Miss Lillian Dobbs Holms, seleced aa "twin" of tho group by tho adoption, was unable to bo present. Just what transpired at the dinner Is unknown, but It was under stood that there was to bo no toast list. All formalities of the usual dinner party were discarded.
