Mohler is Not In

President Mohler of the Union Pacific
has returned and so far as knowing what
results are to follow the divorcement ot
the Pacific roads, he Insists that he is
ns Ignorant as the most commonplace
layman. He says that he has not been
taken Into the confidence of those -who
are In control of the plans that are to be
outlined, and therefore knows nothing ot
what has, or Is to happen, aside from
what he has read In the newspapers.
So for as the Salt Lake meeting- was
concerned, according to Mr. Mohler, there
was no person present who had any au
thority to suggest, or even Intimate a
plan ot future reorganisation or opera
tion. .
So far as the divorcement of the Union
and Southern Pacific Is concerned, every
thing was performed months ago except
securing the court decision and trans
ferring the stock. The court decision is
now in and the transfer of stock and the
plan of operation and reorganization will
be worked out In New York within the
next ninety days. Here nothing In on
official way will be known until the or
ders come from the executive committees
that will hold their meetings In New York
City.
