braska, a special election has been called
and will be held In the Village of Ral

o'clock A. M. and seven (7) o'clock P. M
at the Lumber Yard Office In said Vli'
lage, for the purpose of submitting to
the qualified voters of said Village, the
question and proposition of lssuinir
"WATER BONDS" in the sum of Twelve
thousand ($12,000.00) Dollars, as follows
